This eliminates the need for you to keep inventory, handle sales tax, and calculate shipping costs. Everything is done on our end to simplify the experience with Systemic Formulas for both you and your patients.If you have not previously signed-up for the Affiliate Program, go to [Affiliate Dashboard](https://systemicformulas.com/affiliate-registration/) in the website menu, then click on the link labeled [Continue to Affiliate Account Setup →](https://systemicformulas.com/affiliate-account-setup/). To sign-up for an Affiliate Account you will need to complete three steps: 1. The first step is reviewing and signing the Systemic Formulas Independent Seller Agreement. This agreement will provide an in-depth explanation of your commissions from affiliate sales and details on when you will receive commission payments. 2. Second, you will need to complete a W-9 form. 3. Finally, you will provide the necessary ACH details in order to receive your affiliate commission payments. After we have received your completed Systemic Formulas Independent Seller Agreement, W-9 form, and ACH payment information, you will receive an email in 1-2 business days to notify you when your Affiliate Account has been approved. ## Getting to Know the Affiliate Dashboard Each section in the Affiliate Dashboard is designed to give affiliates insight into your performance and tools to promote Systemic Formulas effectively with your patients. The Dashboard section gives affiliates a quick overview of your recent and overall Affiliate Account performance.The Affiliate URLs section is where affiliates will find their unique Referral URL. Affiliates may also create custom Referral URLs for specific campaigns. Share these links with your patients to easily start earning referrals on patient orders.The Statistics section provides affiliates with detailed statistics about their referrals, earnings, and performance. This section includes visual graphs and data summaries to help affiliates track their success over time.The Graphs section visually represents affiliate performance metrics, such as earnings, referrals, and visits. These graphs help affiliates quickly assess their progress and identify trends.The Referrals section lists all orders placed by patients referred to systemicformulas.com by the affiliate. Affiliates can see the status of each referral, the referral commission amount earned, products ordered, and other relevant details.The Payouts section displays the history of all payouts made to the affiliate. Payouts are processed via ACH directly to the affiliate according to the schedule provided in the Systemic Formulas Independent Seller Agreement.In the Visits section, affiliates can view information about the visits they have generated. This includes data on the number of visits, conversion rates, and other key metrics.The Creatives section provides affiliates with promotional materials, such as banners, links, and other assets. Affiliates can use these materials to promote your products or services effectively.A customer is linked to an affiliate and is listed in the Lifetime Customers section when they make a purchase after using the affiliate’s Referral URL. Once linked, the affiliate earns a commission on all future purchases made by the customer, without needing to use the referral URL for subsequent purchases. ## Affiliate Program FAQs From your Affiliate Dashboard, click on “Affiliate URLs”. Here you will find your Referral URL. Simply copy this link, and share with your patients. Suggested ways to share your Referral URL: - Email: include referral links in your email newsletters or marketing campaigns Email patients directly using the Email link in the Affiliate URL section Social media: share your Referral URL on Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, or any other social network Share directly to Facebook with the link in the Affiliate URL section On your website or blog: embed referral links in blog posts, product reviews, banners, or other content Systemic Formulas uses cookies to track those who you have referred to systemicformulas.com with your Referral URL. Cookies are small data files stored in a person’s browser when they visit a website. Cookies track the affiliate who referred them, record visits, and generate referrals (orders placed by those you have referred). When a customer uses your Referral URL, cookies are stored in the browser to track: - The affiliate who referred them - A visit ID, which increments with every new visit tracked - Campaign data if the affiliate is using a campaign-specific URL When a customer subsequently places an order at systemicformulas.com, these cookies ensure the correct affiliate account is credited for the referral.The cookies remain active for 1825 days (5 years), or until the customer manually clears their cookies.Affiliates can create a specific campaign in the Affiliate URLs section by using the Referral URL generator. 1. First, enter the URL that you wish to direct your patients to. For example, if you wanted to create a campaign that takes your patients directly to the Patient Account sign-up form on systemicformulas.com, you would enter the following URL into Page URL: https://systemicformulas.com/create-account/patient-account/. 2. Next, give your campaign a short name, such as “New Patient”, so that you can track the success of your campaign. 3. Finally, copy the Generated referral URL. This URL contains everything necessary to track referrals for this specific campaign. Campaigns created by the affiliate are visible in the Statistics tab. This tab shows the following campaign data: - The number of visits through a specific campaign referral link - How many unique referral links have been used for that campaign - Whether the conversion was successful (an order was placed) - And the conversion rate (percentage) for that particular campaign Affiliates can contact their Sales Representative directly by phone or email for assistance, or contact Customer Service at [1-800-445-4647](tel:18004454647).
