Cancellation requests sent via any other means may not be handled before your order has been processed for shipment, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

• Returns: To guarantee that every bottle arriving at your door is untampered and stored at the correct temperature, we cannot restock products once they have left our controlled facility; therefore, we do not accept returns. Once an order has shipped, the sale is final.
