You must be 18 years or older to opt-in to the Messaging Service. This consent is not required to make any purchase.

  5. No Warranties; Limitation of Liability: The Messaging Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Systemic Formulas / Alimentum Labs is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
  6. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Messaging Service after such modifications constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
