Systemic Formulas Affiliate Program

Systemic Formulas Affiliate Program offers you an efficient way for your patients to order online without the need for inventory or additional training, offering easy access for your patients to view Systemic Formulas products, place their own orders, and have their orders shipped directly to their door. This eliminates the need for you to keep inventory, handle sales tax, and calculate shipping costs. Everything is done on our end to simplify the experience with Systemic Formulas for both you and your patients.

To sign-up for an Affiliate Account you will need to complete three steps. The first step is reviewing and signing the Systemic Formulas Independent Seller Agreement. This agreement will provide an in-depth explanation of your commissions from affiliate sales and details on when you will receive commission payments. Second, you will need to complete a W-9 form. Finally, you will provide the necessary ACH details in order to receive your affiliate commission payments.

After we have received your completed Systemic Formulas Independent Seller Agreement, W-9 form, and ACH payment information, you will receive an email in 1-2 business days to notify you when your Affiliate Account has been approved. This email will include information on how to utilize the Affiliate Dashboard and how to refer your patients using your unique Affiliate URL.
