How: 1 capsule daily
Why: Provides iodine, selenium, metabolites, and botanicals that interact epigenetically to help the thyroid produce hormones and protect itself from oxidative damage. Assists the cells to convert inactive T4 to T3 hormone.
EnerGenic
How: Take 2 capsules daily, with or without food.
Why: Provides nutrients for the mitochondrial citric acid cycle to produce ATP energy (required in abundance for thyroid production of hormones). Provides cellular longevity nutrients for optimal cell performance. Further, thyroid hormone supports the rate of ATP energy metabolism throughout the body.
MethylGenic
How: Take 2 capsules daily, with or without food.
Why: Provides vitamins and nutrients that help facilitate the body’s metabolic stress reduction processes. Serves the thyroid metabolism.
VistaOne
How: 1 of each capsule daily (alternatively: VistaOne LQ, 1 dropper daily)
